3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4.2 Counter-Notice Procedure

- We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant
- If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content

5.1 Upon Receipt of Valid Notice

- Users are responsible for ensuring their AI prompts don't infringe copyrights
- AI-generated content that closely mimics copyrighted works may be subject to removal

- Our AI models are trained on legally licensed or publicly available data
- We respect fair use principles in AI training

6.3 User-Uploaded Content

7. Repeat Infringer Policy
